Does the $180 commercial service call count toward the repair cost?
No. The $180 commercial service call covers the diagnostic visit and is not applied toward the repair. After the diagnosis you receive a repair estimate, and no further work begins until you authorize it.
Do residential coupons or promotions apply to commercial service?
No. Commercial service has its own pricing, and residential coupons and promotions do not apply to it.
Can you come the same day or after hours?
Commercial appointments are available on request and are scheduled based on technician availability. We do not guarantee same-day, after-hours or emergency commercial service, so please request service as early as you can.
Which commercial equipment do you not repair?
We repair appliances only. We do not service HVAC, furnaces or heat pumps; walk-in coolers or freezers or remote refrigeration systems; laboratory, medical or ultra-low-temperature refrigeration; hood, exhaust, fire-suppression or grease systems; gas piping or building electrical service; or fryers, steamers, kettles, conveyor dish systems and industrial process equipment.
Is commercial work covered by a warranty?
Yes. Completed commercial repairs carry a 60-day parts and labor warranty, the same duration as our residential warranty. It covers the specific repair performed, with the same coverage and exclusions as our standard warranty policy. A new or unrelated problem is a new commercial service call.
What should I have ready when I request service?
The appliance type and brand, the model and serial number if you can find them, a short description of the problem, the service address, and any access details such as business hours, an on-site contact or building-management instructions. When you book online, add these details to the problem description.
