Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! If you call before noon, we can usually have a technician at your door the same day. We are available Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm, and Sunday visits can be arranged by advance appointment, so you never have to wait long to get your appliance fixed. Commercial service is scheduled on request, based on technician availability.

We serve Buffalo, NY and communities throughout Western New York, including Erie and Niagara counties. Visit our service areas page for the full list of neighborhoods we cover.

Every repair starts with a $99 diagnostic fee, which covers the technician's visit and a complete assessment of the problem. If you choose to proceed with the repair, that $99 is applied as a credit toward your total cost. We always provide an upfront quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Check our coupons page for current discounts. Commercial appliance service is priced separately.

Absolutely. Every completed repair comes with a 60-day warranty covering both parts and labor. If the same issue comes back within 60 days, we return and fix it at no additional cost to you.

If it is in your kitchen or laundry room, there is a good chance we can fix it. We also repair these appliance types for businesses — see commercial appliance repair, which has its own pricing.

We service all major appliance brands, from everyday names like Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, and LG to premium brands like Sub-Zero, Viking, and Thermador. See our full brands list for more details.

Our service call fee is $99. This covers the technician's trip to your home and a full diagnosis of the problem. If you approve the repair and we complete it, the $99 is applied as a credit toward your total bill. You only pay the service call fee separately if you decide not to proceed with the repair.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction.
