For Home: Pickup, Workshop Repair and Return
An espresso machine needs a bench, the right tools and time to test under pressure and temperature, so we do not repair home machines in your kitchen. We collect the machine, diagnose it at our workshop, send you an estimate, and return it to you once the repair is approved and completed.
How home coffee machine service works
- Request service. Book online or call. Tell us the brand, the model and what the machine is doing. Pickup availability is confirmed by phone before scheduling.
- Agree to collection. Before we pick up the machine, you confirm that you want it taken to our workshop for diagnosis. Online, that is one checkbox in the booking form; by phone, we confirm it with you on the call.
- Pickup. A technician collects the machine at the agreed time. The $99 service call is paid at pickup.
- Workshop diagnosis and estimate. We diagnose the fault at the workshop and send you an estimate for parts and labor, together with the expected timeframe. The timeframe depends on the fault and on parts availability.
- You decide. No repair work begins until you approve the estimate. If you decline, you pay only the $99 and we return your machine.
- Repair and return. Once approved, we complete the repair, test the machine and return it to you. The $99 is applied toward the total price of the approved repair, so it is never charged twice. The balance is due at return.
